Rates are a day per person, including 10% VAT and all our services described on the following page. Any accommodation tax not included.
The Hotel is closed from November 25 to December 21, 2013.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi
connection, bathroom with bath tub or shower,
small living room, telephone, fridge, locker,
adjustable air conditioning / heating.
We have a variety of connecting double and single
rooms.
On request we reserve rooms for non-smokers.

NEW YEARS (from 27.12 to 6.1.14):
Minimum 7-night stay required. For shorter periods a supplement
of 30.00 a day per person.
If VAT is changed, we reserve the right to adjust our rates.
INFORMATION ON HOTEL STAY
At the moment of booking your credit card number or a deposit
will be requested.
Room availability: on the day of arrival your room will be
available from 2 p.m.; on the day of departure please leave the
room by 11 a.m.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the price of
your stay.
CANCELLATION TERMS
In line with the European standard and in lack of other
agreements, if a reservation is cancelled or departure is
anticipated, the following will be charged:
within 8 days from arrival: no charge;
from the 7th day before arrival: 1 nights stay, regardless of
the number of nights booked;
early departure: we reserve the right to charge the entire
amount of the stay.
