fitness programs, rehabilitation programs,

The cardio-fitness high technology
equipments are at clients’ disposal for a
salutary physical activity during the stay;
certainly the work out led by a qualified
instructor or personal trainer guarantees a
continuous supervision in performing the
correct movements and in using the isotonic
equipments in order to achieve the desired
results whether they are directed to the
development of muscular groups or to the
improvement of the aesthetic look. In the
gym or in open air the personal trainer
proposes individual and group activities as
GAG tone up exercises ( for legs, gluteus
and abdominal muscles), Pilates and back
school, Water gym in thermal swimming pools,
aerobic circuits.
The various approaches that are proposed aim
at preventing and relieving the muscular
pains, teaching how to keep the post –
rehabilitation results in combination with
massages and thermal balneotherapy.
Water
gym
Water gymnastic utilizes the liquid element
to lighten the body that, thanks to thermal
water benefits, is able to move more easily
and softly. Changing speed and type of
exercise thermal water acts on the body as a
massage, producing on the muscle a
stimulating and tonifying action or a
relaxing and stretching action.
Sport
For the most active guests the Hotel has two
tennis courts, one with earthen floor and
one with tartan floor; a bowling green,
bicycles to explore the surroundings and to
dip into the green of the hills.
There is plenty of proposal and advices for
a walk through the paths of the Regional
Park of Euganean Hills, divided for length
and difficulty of itinerary.
QI-GONG
It is an ancient
discipline that belongs to Chinese
traditional Medicine. It doesn’t require
especial physical gift or athletic
preparation. Practiced with constancy, it
helps vital energy ( Qi) to flow through the
body without blocks, keeping it healthy and
