Sunday 31st December: Sylvester Night
The party begins with a toast: Aperitif with oysters and other delicacies.
St. Sylvester’s Gala Dinner at our Restaurant with a refined menu, carefully prepared by our skilled kitchen brigade, headed by Chef Viale. The dinner ends with the cutting of the cake, prepared by our Pastry Chef.
The evening continues in our halls, with music and dancing. After the midnight toast, a buffet of pastries and exotic fruit, more music, and, at one o'clock, the traditional "pasta e fagioli" (pasta and beans) for all the Guests.

Epiphany: The Befana arrives to round off the Christmas and New Year festivities, and we celebrate her with sweets and treats, candies and chocolates made by our tireless pastry chef!
