SAFETY HANDBOOK

Dear Guests,
in these recent months we have not been idle. Actually we have been busy putting in place all those necessary measures to protect your health and the health of all our staff members. These measures will allow us to welcome you with the highest standard of safety and at the same time to make sure that you spend peaceful and relaxing days at the Bristol Buja Hotel.
We are therefore pleased to update you about all these measures!

We have adopted very strict protocols to guarantee you higher standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including daily sanitization of all indoor and outdoor spaces for common use and of all contact surfaces.
Rooms
In these months of lockdown we have carried out restructuring and improvements of our Basic rooms and most of our Classic rooms. In these rooms we removed all carpet flooring and we have installed large showers instead of the bathtubs. This allows for even greater comfort, but above all for the maximum level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Each member of our staff, according to their professionalism and position inside the hotel, has been thoroughly trained in all the new hygienic procedures. Each of them moreover is well equipped with all the individual protection devices required.
In addition to this, we of course constantly monitor the health of all our employees.
Our message for you: “We managed to transform a state of need into a plus! In such a new environment for everyone, we will still know how to welcome you and take care of you with renewed attention and enthusiasm, treating you to even more exclusivity. Need a smile? You will see it always reflected in our eyes, especially for you, this is our promise! "

At the entrance hall and at various points of the hotel you will find hand sanitizer: please use it generously.
We ask for your collaboration in maintaining the interpersonal distance of at least one meter and in wearing the surgical mask indoors at all times. In the park, by the pool, at the restaurant tables it is obviously waived.

We have added an exclusive service to the quality of our products, the variety of our dishes and the creativity of our chef brigade!
The self-service to buffet is allowed again. We kindly ask you to wear the mask and to sanitize your hands before use.
Greetings from our Maitre: "Dear Guests, we will be at your service to make you experience pure taste! We just kindly ask you to sit back and relax: we'll take care of the rest! "

Our spa is certified by the Italian National Health Insurance System and has therefore always undergone strict and scrupulous hygiene and sanitation protocols.
OurHealth Director and our visiting doctors are at your disposal for advice and any medical needs you might have.
The medical examination remains mandatory for admission to the spa treatments. Access to the treatment department is allowed only by appointment.
Our SPA Manager Monica will be anytime at your disposal to organize your treatment and wellness program.
Their advice for you: "Dear Guests, let us know your wishes and your needs before your arrival, so that we will be better prepared to take the best care of your health and your wellbeing. Upon arrival, you will only have to switch into the Relax mode, leave us all the rest!"

Inhalation therapies: inhalations and aerosols are available.
Swimming pools: both indoor and outdoor pools are open, with the usual opening hours. The chlorine added to the thermal water for hygienic reasons makes them absolutely safe for use.
Our park and large swimming pools allow you to relax in large spaces: not only is the interpersonal distance thereby ensured, but this accounts also for greater privacy for all our Guests. Our swimming pool staff will be pleased to provide you with the sun beds according to your wishes.
The SPA area: SPA Inferno (Hell) Purgatory and Paradiso are accessible.
