Qi gong in water (in the pool) - 20 min: harmonic movements to encourage the energy flow associated with the control of breath and mind.
Mindfulness dynamic meditation (on the lawn) - 30 min: a sequence of conscious movements for body and mind flexibility.
Oriental anti-stress concentration sequences and postural rebalancing (with bamboo stick) (on the lawn) - 30 min: to increase attention and dissolve muscle tensions

Specific preparations or training are not required, activities are suitable for all ages and physical condition. Indeed, the "first experiences" are welcome.
